FREE Standard Shipping on Most Orders over $99

• Any order over $99.00 will receive FREE Shipping*. (Product orders below a total of $99.00 will be charged a discounted, carrier calculated rate   *(This does not apply to oversized products like drumsets, PA speakers and digital pianos)
• We currently ship via USPS and UPS- whichever method we deem the most appropriate for your order.
• If you absolutely need a product sent to you by Federal Express either Two-Day or Next-Day shipping, please contact us for a pricing quote.
• If your product is indeed over-sized, we will communicate to you with a follow-up message of any over-sized item shipments and give you a shipping quote. Once you approve, we will then ship the product to you.
• All orders placed Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day it is received as long as the order arrives by 3pm Eastern.  (This would not include major US Holidays that fall during the week.)
• Almost all of our items ship for free (*on orders over $99.00), but for larger items such as speakers, certain guitar amplifiers, drums, and certain keyboards or other unspecified large items there may be an additional freight fee required. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will also be subject to an additional shipping charge of which you will be notified.
• If an item that you have purchased has been sold out we will contact you promptly with any shipping changes.
• Due to our dealer agreements we only offer shipping to the United States.
