Limited Edition Reverse 1960 Tele Custom, Heavy Relic

New for 2023, the Fender Custom Shop introduces the Limited Edition Reverse '60 Tele Custom Heavy Relic. The two-piece select alder body with offset seam wears Heavy Relic lacquer finishes in Three-Color Sunburst, Aged Daphne Blue over Three-Color Sunburst, Aged Olympic White over Three-Color Sunburst and Aged Black over Three-Color Sunburst. This is the heaviest of the Relic treatments, with each imparting the look of a Telecaster that has been used and abused over six-plus decades.

With its large "C"-shaped roasted quartersawn maple neck and flat-laminated rosewood fingerboard, players get the benefits of a thick, full feeling neck that's comfortable and easy to play. A Custom Shop hand-wound reverse angle Loaded '51 Nocaster® bridge pickup is paired with a Seymour Duncan® '59™ SH-1N humbucker in the neck position for a versatile Tele with all the punch, bite and full-bodied tone a player could hope for.

Other premium features include 7.25" to 9.5" vintage compound radius, 21 narrow tall (6105) frets, Dual Stack HS Tele wiring, angled 3-way switch, 4-ply brown shell pickguard, reverse angle Nocaster® bridge with RSD compensated brass saddles, vintage-style tuning machines, bone nut, wing string tree, deluxe hardshell case, strap, and certificate of authenticity.
