1960 Tele Custom, Heavy Relic

This is a 1960 Tele Custom, Heavy Relic. The two-piece select alder body wears an aged lake placid blue finish over Chocolate 3-Tone Sunburst. This is the heaviest of the Relic treatments and imparts the look of a Telecaster that has been used and abused over six-plus decades.

With its 60 Style Oval "C"-shaped quartersawn maple neck and flat-laminated rosewood fingerboard, players get the benefits of a thick, full feeling neck that's comfortable and easy to play. A pair of Custom Shop Hand-Wound Twisted Tele pickups give you high-output tele tone with a dash of sparkling Stratocaster guitar character.

Other premium features include a  9.5" radius, 21 narrow tall (6105) frets, modern tele wiring, 58-63 Tele bridge, vintage-style tuning machines, bone nut, wing string tree, deluxe hardshell case, strap, and certificate of authenticity.
